Your Excel file must include these columns:

  • Package Date
  • Package Type
  • Provider
  • Package
  • Speed
  • Price 1
  • Price 1 Months
  • Price 2
  • Price 2 Months
  • Standard Price
  • Upfront
  • Contract Length
  • Additional Promotion

Check Data Format

Ensure text columns are properly formatted and numeric values are entered as numbers (not text)

Instructions

  1. If you don't already have a template file, download one above
  2. Fill in the pricing data in the Excel sheet. Please ensure provider names are spelt correctly, and pricing columns only contain numbers
  3. Click "Choose File" and upload your completed excel sheet
  4. Click "Generate Bulletin" to begin creating the bulletin code
  5. Please wait - this process will take a few minutes. Check the browser tab above to see if the page is still working
  6. You will be automatically redirected to the bulletin code once the process is complete.
  7. Copy the code generated into Brevo or Mailchimp.
  8. Fill in the Market News section manually.
  9. Continue with QC and sending as standard.
